COD Series

Ok well here it is guys the Call of Duty game series is probably the biggest FPS phenomenom since the orginal counterstrike and with Modern Warfare 2 only a few months away from release its time to start considering adding the series to our collection of supported franchises.

Modern Warfare 2 is guranteed to draw in alot of attention clan wise as its predecessors have and would make a fine add to the collection of games we support. But for the moment plenty of people still play MOdern Warfare and World at War so perhpas we should capitalise on this?

Please vote and post here if you would or wouldnt support the adding of this game to our directory

I haven't ever owned one but I'll buy the new one for the clan. I usually just play it at my friends' houses on their xboxes.

Hell yeah I'll buy COD:WAW but after I upgrade my PC though maybe in a month or so and I'll get COD:MW2

I have CoD4, I don't plan on buying Modern Warfare 2 though, at least not right away.

Well we have all 100% yeses so far so I'm thinking we should add some of the COD games to our list. Should we re-poll?

The only CoD game that would make since to add would be MW2. After it releases the CoD 4 and W@W will be pretty much dead. I don't really want to buy MW2 though, I'm trying to save up money. I need money to upgrade my PC and buy a car when I get my license nest year.

WAW will still have players there are plenty of people who just prefer a WW2 setting over a mdoern one, so adding that and MW2 would be the best move to make.

Just so everyone is clear, you don't have to own every game to be a good member in our clan. You don't even need to own one game, you just need to add to the community. A strong community will attract members that DO have the game. So chilidog don't spend you're money if you don't want to, just keep recruiting and adding to Uprising Soldiers.

World at War won't be dead by a long shot. I saw over 3000 servers with people in it!

Hey I've been playing COD:WaW a lot over past few days and let me tell you, it's **** hot! They're plenty of servers to choose from, there are updates which add free map packs to the game and there is a totally cool zombie level. The weapon sounds are seriously satisfying as much so as the Crysis SMG even. I really suggest you get this but only if you have the money spare. The only reason I got it is coz I won a game I already had and I managed to swap it for COD:WaW. Hell I even figured out that it HAS got xbox 360 controller support (enabled through the console)
